PC3000/4000 Operators
Location: Tumbler Ridge, BC
Peace River Coal Inc. is a subsidiary of the Anglo American plc group. We are currently looking for a PC3000/4000 Operator to work at the TREND Mine Site - Tumbler Ridge. This position will report directly to the Mine Foreman.
The PC4000 Excavator operator works within the Mine Operations Team and ensures that the required production quantity and quality is met while operating in a safe and productive manner.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 year’s (4000 hours) large excavator experience (min. PC3000) within a large scale coal mining operation.
Assets:
- First Aid Certificate
- Mine Rescue Certificate
Candidates must be prepared to work a 6 x 6 schedule, 12 hour shift within a collective bargaining unit. This position is paid hourly.
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience will be offered to the successful applicant. The Company operates a non-contractual incentive bonus scheme, the payment and level of which are discretionary.
